Work

The specific kind of stuck

Every one of these started the same way — someone capable, holding too many pieces, with no one to sift through them alongside them. Here’s what changed.

Twenty open questions, down to one next step

A founder was ready to launch a new business but felt buried under it before she’d even started. Everything was still possible, which meant nothing was decided.

We ran a Foundation Sprint. Instead of opening up more decisions and more ideas, we took one piece at a time — thought wide, then narrowed. What it is, who it’s for, what makes it worth doing.

By the end she wasn’t holding twenty open questions anymore. She was holding one next step, and she trusted it.

Finding the leak that was costing the most

Five businesses, one set of numbers. Events, produce, beekeeping classes, and a few more besides — all run by one person, out of one farm, with years of tools layered on top of each other. A website that wasn’t converting, an email system half set up, and no way to tell where a customer had come from.

We didn’t rebuild it all at once. We traced the leak that was costing the most, fixed it, measured it, then moved to the next.

Within six weeks she could see, in plain numbers, what was working and what wasn’t.

Your situation isn’t on this page

It never is — that’s rather the point. If any of this sounds like the shape of what you’re carrying, the fastest way to find out is a short call.
