Tracking that actually works. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and the connections between your website and wherever people actually book or buy. Reporting you’ll open more than once.
I work with people who built their business by making every part of it themselves. I map how it actually runs, then build the systems that let it run without you in the middle of everything.
I’m drawn to people who are genuinely passionate about their work, not just chasing trends or building for an exit.
You’re building something you actually believe in.
Systems Strategist & Business Coach
I’ve been the founder who wanted to be in every decision. I’ve also been the engineer, the game designer, the head of product, the scrum master, the board member.
What I do now is the same thing I did in all of those roles — look at how a group of people and a pile of tools are actually working together, find where it’s breaking, and fix it.
Certified Organizational Coach (UBC). Certified ScrumMaster.
I work with the people and the tools, because it’s never only one of them.
I live between the Comox Valley and Vancouver. Island ferry schedule permanently memorized.
Once we know the plan, I help build it. Same person, no handoff, nothing lost in translation.

Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, automations, integrations. Where your information lives, who owns it, and how a new person finds it without asking you.
Website design and build, email marketing, marketing strategy, and the writing that goes with it.
Custom workflows that take real work off your team’s plate. Only where it earns its place.
Not sure which of these you need? That’s usually the first thing we figure out.
We start from scratch, on purpose. What you’re actually offering, who it’s for, what you’re saying, and what needs to exist before you launch. You leave with a foundation and a plan, instead of a pile of half-decisions.
We map what you’ve got — every revenue stream, every tool, every handoff, every place something falls through. You see your business drawn out, probably for the first time, and you leave knowing exactly what to fix first.
However we end up working together, we start the same way. We get clear on where the business is going, then I go find out how it actually runs today. You stay in it — this isn’t something I do to your business while you watch.
Book a call we’ll work out which one you are in about five minutes.
Not sure which fits? That’s normal.
Start with a conversation and we’ll figure it out.
20 minutes, no pitch. We talk about where you’re at.
Just starting out, already running or maybe you’re just looking for fractional support.
Real structure, real momentum, no more spinning.
Every business I work with was built by hand, by someone who wanted to be in every decision. That’s not a problem to fix, it’s the reason the thing exists. But it does mean everything waits for you.
One founder was ready to launch a new business but felt buried under it before she’d even started. We ran a Foundation Sprint — instead of opening up more decisions and more ideas, we took one piece at a time. Thought wide, then narrowed. By the end, she wasn’t holding twenty open questions anymore. She was holding one next step, and she trusted it.
Five businesses, one set of numbers. Events, produce, beekeeping classes, and a few more besides — all run by one person, out of one farm, with years of tools layered on top of each other. A website that wasn’t converting, an email system half set up, and no way to tell where a customer had come from. We didn’t rebuild it all at once. We traced the leak that was costing the most, fixed it, measured it, then moved to the next. Within six weeks she could see, in plain numbers, what was working and what wasn’t.
The work isn’t taking the making away from you. It’s making sure it isn’t the only way anything happens.

“Working with Lara was such an enjoyable and grounding experience. She met me exactly where I was in my product development journey and helped bring clarity to a vision that had felt overwhelming and hard to articulate. Her process was thoughtful and insightful — I walked away not only with a clear direction, but also with renewed confidence in my idea and what comes next.”
Melissa Thiessen,Founder of Thiessen Mediation
“I had two different audiences and kept trying to speak to both at the same time on my website. Lara helped me separate those pieces and find language that actually addressed each of them. I learned that you can get really entrenched and protective about your own words, but Lara built trust around that process quickly. We found language that reflected exactly what I wanted to say, in far less time than I would have spent going over and over it alone. The feedback since has been really great.”

“If you’re looking to accelerate your business and get team alignment, these sprints are a tremendous way to do that. They give you a context shift on what you’re trying to accomplish.”
Brooke Sherwood,Founder @ The New Wave Venture
“This sprint solves the problem you know you have but can’t even really explain. If you want increased clarity & alignment do it. If you want to save months of potentially wasted time, do it.”
