ABOUT LARA
I've been a founder, a builder, and a strategist. Now I help others do all three better
I started as a structural engineer, moved into game design and product strategy, then spent years as a facilitator and coach working with founders, teams, and learning organizations. Each of those chapters taught me something different about how to think, how to build, and how to help people see their own work more clearly.
I'm a systems thinker who cares deeply about the person in the room. I can follow a fast, scattered mind and help it land somewhere useful. I understand mission-driven work and the constraints that come with it, including how to find funding for the kind of strategic support that usually feels out of reach.
I'm deeply rooted in the Comox Valley. The work I'm most drawn to creates real value for people and places I care about.
